Based on the chart, there isn't an obvious trend between latitude and humidity. Interestingly, the vast majority of humidities are 60% or greater across the globe. Very few places fall below 60% at the time the data was collected. Further research is needed to determine if this is consistent year-round or only specific to the time of year the data was collected.
