Wind Speed
Based on the chart, there isn't an obvious trend between latitude and wind speed. Interestingly, the vast majority of wind speed measurements are below 10 mph across the globe. Very few places fall above 10 mph at the time the data was collected. Another interesting note is that there are eight or more places in the northern hemisphere above 25 mph, while there are none above 25 mph in the southern hemisphere. This could be evidence of a meteorological event taking place in the northern hemisphere at the time, but further research would be needed to confirm.
